      Pros

      Employees are given a fair bit of autonomy, excellent technology, vision and purpose of company are strong. Marketing and messaging are the most honest compared to peers in the same space. Very interested in customer feedback to improve products.

      Cons

      Minimal investments made in professional improvements. Benefits are below average. Little guidance given to new employees. Internal communication can be improved. Finding right person to give feedback in order to improve product, services, or process can sometimes be a challenge.

      Pros

      Mid-level Management is great, but not empowered. All decisions still come from Tel Aviv.

      Cons

      The Senior Management team in Israel is totally disconnected from the way that IT does business in the US. The Channel program is broken, field marketing budget is non-existent, and Tech Support for customers is terrible. The VP of Sales in the US still operates like it's 1992.
