      Team work, diversity , incredible culture, flexibility , career grow up, education and health reimburse and mainly stability for employees. Amazing care with their employees including in Covid phase.

      Cons

      low salaries in comparison with other same sector companies and flexibility can become a problem with life and work because some teams are overloaded with activities.
