- terrible leadership - unstable product - many many many clients are leaving checkpoint - leadership can nag on you to close deals but are never involved in the sales cycle - company cannot even pay their employees properly, they did everything they could to not pay a $30,000 commissions check to me until i put in my two weeks notice and threatened legal action - they have been sued for not paying commissions many times before - many gaps in the organization and leadership - constantly acquiring companies instead of fixing internal organizational gaps - lack of executive leadership

Culture - everything is backwards. There is too much red tape to get anything done. No transparency because trust is a challenge. The "one team", is questionable. You have to have permission to do anything. No autonomy. If you are a go get getter and have the drive to move the needle this is not the place for you. It's just status quo and very defeating when you put in the work and you can't get anything done. "What's the point?" Best practices - does not exist here. And also...there is no growth path. The way you move up the ladder here is very difficult and unusual. Work life balance - for me, it's been a challenge. There is not much diversity at the executive level.
