      Pros

      Checkpoint provides many opportunities for travel. Learning opportunities, and insight into the cyber security landscape. When I started there was great opportunity to run the business as my own with my customers.

      Cons

      Management is an extreme issue. Acquiring resources is next to impossible. Micro management at its finest. Daily tracking of activities from phone calls to emails. My personal experience saw my direct manager maybe every 6 months. Human resources is not your friend, beware.
