      Great people to work with. Great products and that is why they're the leader in their industry

      Cons

      Lowest pay in the industry. Too large of a company to care about its employees enough to take care of them. No real growth opportunities. Lots of turnover. All they say is that "at least it looks good on your resume".

      Great company for your CV, amazing colleagues from all over the world, free lunch (ok, premium food from fancy restaurants for 9NIS). Great product in fast-growing security industry

      Cons

      Salary below market level. The company constantly changing the rules of commission/bonuses plans, so be ready to get less than you expected. The company growing faster than the management could handle, a lot of internal process are a mess
