      Pros

      Leeway in making business decisions. Encouraging overlay structure to support the region. Incentives to push for emerging product sales. Flexible on discount structures and pricing schemes.

      Cons

      Commission structure could be better. Better integration between the various countries for a multi faceted engagement with regional based or global customers.

      Pros

      Good for people trying to get experience. Get to know people from around the world. Somewhat of a "free lunch". After making it a Check Point you can make it anywhere. They do know about security which is a good thing to know. HR people are good, especially the director.

      Cons

      Hard work, lot's of pressure. They catch people doing things wrong. 30% attrition rate a year.
