Incredible culture where doing the right thing for the customer comes first. Also, I am very well paid above the industry standard. My manager is outstanding and the team I am a part of is very much committed to one another.

Competitive industry Advertising is very limited which results in increased competitive pressure Pay is fair Methodical nature of company can make development/growth feel slow/sluggish

- awesome people, vert supportive, collaborative and talented! - amazing tech filled with innovation and quality! - highly customer focused, always seeking for ways to improve.

Cons

- while tech is great, CP development tends to be slow allowing competitors to get ahead. This is challenging from a sales perspective. In the long run however, the technology has a lot less bug and much more feature rich (though many customer may take half-baked now vs fully-baked later) - internal processes and tools tend to be complicated. This will definitely affective newer employees. Fortunately, many new hires are assigned a mentor to help navigate these challenges.
