Pros
After yeas as a customer I accepted a position as a Check Point employee. Having seen the organization from the outside I was happy to see that the work culture is better on the inside than what it appeared too be on the outside. Check Point offers a highly collaborative team environment. The culture of the company feels like a family with everyone working together toward a common goal. You will be challenged to grow your skills both professionally and technically. There is an over abundance to resources to aide in that growth from internal trainings to a great group of co-workers who will help you along your career path. Coming to Check Point was the best career move I have made.
Cons
As a new employee it may feel difficult to blend into the environment at first but that feeling will pass as time goes on. The intense on-boarding training can be exhausting but not something to overwhelming
