      Could be great but misguided

      Pros

      Really innovative, passionate employees - although siloed between divisions there is a real sense of team but unfortunatly that too seems to falling away

      Cons

      Many of those really innovative, passionate employees have had their passion dampened because of the overwhelming uncertainty of the company's direction - does not make for a positive, productive environment

      Pros

      good work-life balance. Good benefits and vacation plan. Pay is fair.

      Cons

      company has lost any sense of business process. Project managers manage up (i.e. only report on progress) rather than help facilitate projects. Company lacks vision in how to move forward, quickly becoming obsolete. Management is reactionary rather than visionary. Limited advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      Close to home and in a nice area. The people are great to work with for the most part. There is an attempt to boost morale, but it is poorly placed.

      Cons

      The morale is at an all time low. Seem to be hiring too many executives and not enough workers to do the work.
