      Pros

      Company was being missed managed. They were acquired in 2018 some needed changes.

      Cons

      They went through a reorganization lost some very talented people.

      Pros

      My team members. I had complete independence in decision making, time/work management, and the trust of my manager, colleagues.

      Cons

      Politically charged work atmosphere when dealing with other groups within parent company. Lack of strong executive leadership and support in integrating various groups following acquisition by CCL.

      Our Employee Activity Committees work hard to make sure we have an activity-rich environment for employees to have fun and get to know each other better. Glad you like it! We are not sure if you mean that managers are TOO in touch with the day to day, or if they are NOT in touch with the day to day, however we will always strive to do our best in finding the right balance given our relatively flat organization.
