Pros
Great company for a first job. Experience with new and old technologies (based on the team you are assigned to). If you are dedicated than you can stay in the company for a long time.
Cons
The salary is very low compared to other companies. Worker health-care isn't very good. You'll have to work with outdated PCs which will delay your job considerably (even as a new employee).
