opportunities and pathways are definitely there. but just not for faint-hearted people. they want you to be a wolf(or cheetah) rather than an integrated human being. I was surprised at the way that people do things here at first. but as soon as i realized that those people ACTUALLY enjoy this law of cheetah fighting human beings in their own company or team and they've climbed up their golden ladders, I thought that this is exactly the playground for them. it's a perfect fit. I will not say that this is bad. but every kind of man got to have their perfect place to play.

Cons

wanting to expand to overseas but trying to offer total Chinese productions for overseas clients. only a few people of the product line understand the differences of user experience between different countries. and these few people are still trying, but couldn't possbily push forward.
