You get promoted not because you done something valuable, but because of how suck up you are to the bosses. *CEO and co-founder lack extensive management experience to grow the beyond the start-up phase. Run likes a sweat shop with constant changing back and forth its strategy. *Politics is worst in the Beijing office. Back stabbing and gossip is often.No trust in a team at all.Brainwash all the time and expect people to work.
