      Benefits are great maybe the best locally without working for a tech company remote. Great pay again within the area.

      Cons

      Very hypocritical they have their values yet do the opposite. Do no value team or individual not support new ideas.

      Benefits, pay, stability. Overall it is a great company to work for with lots of different options and positions to hire in to.

      Cons

      Promotes laziness and has a lack of accountability. Difficult to move up or around the company. They favor external candidates.

      Competitive pay, great benefits, professionalism, well structured, great work life balance. It feels amazing working somewhere you can leave work at work.

      Cons

      There are challenges working for a public entity. It's a transition from a private to public, but overall, the pros outweigh the cons.
