Pros

ChemTreat cares about its employees. It's a work hard play hard kind of environment. Office facilities in Innsbrook are really nice with 2 coffee bars. The people I work with are superb - friendly, smart and down-to-earth. I like the focus on winning in our industry. The company supports the community through various local charities and events. It is encouraged to balance time at work and personal time. There are plenty of opportunities for training and development.

Cons

Some people get too many chances to improve and that puts pressure on others to do more work

Pros

Free coffee and tea all day every day, gym on site, cafeteria next door. ChemTreat likes to eat and there is always food around - even appreciative sales people send food to HQ! Women's forum specifically to develop women and help them achieve personal and career aspirations.

Cons

Lean company. This is a pro or a con depending on where you are in your career. If you want to coast, not a good company to work for.
