Coworkers were great. There is an opportunity for advancement if you follow all of the Danaher beliefs and are willing to be available 24-7

Cons

No work life balance, no management support and HR was not supportive of employees especially ones that have a long tenure with the company.

Pros

It's a rapidly growing company, especially if you're interested in being part of the sales team. And they pay their sales employees well.

Cons

They're growing too fast to keep up with on the corporate side, where they are making too many mistakes that will come back to hurt them if they don't make the proper changes. They treat you like you're expendable, by not taking the time to properly train employees, they have a high turnover rate. Just don't waste your time if you're looking for a long career.
