Loved my direct superior and those I reported to. I also loved the office space as it felt spacious and innovative with lots of perks.

Inexperienced Managers/Supervisors Zero HR Support (in terms of mismanagement) Micromanagement Reactive environment Heirarchical Lack of transparency in the workplace (like someone said, EMT says one thing, does another) Cares more about USAID proposal deadlines than professional development within mentor/mentee training.
