The work is engaging and complicated involving very unique chemistries and processes. Chemours has a very strong safety culture and appreciation of chemical and process hazards.
Cons
There is very poor work life balance, and recognition of good work often goes unrewarded. Benefits package is average at best for the size of the company. There are also many legacy environmental issues the company faces.
