Some top executives of this company basically are a bunch of charlatans who have below average business skills, but with masterful office politics and board management skills. These executives are quick to take credit and pass the buck, and love consultants. The numbers say a lot about the company and the management. Since it was spun off from Dupont in June 2015, the company stock price has gone nowhere. The company’s key financial metrics such as revenue, net income, EBITDA, etc are below the level prior to the spin-off.
If you are really talented, ambitious and care about doing real great work, you might be discouraged by the office politics and the phony culture. However if you are very skillful at office politics, you might be able to get ahead and do well for yourself at the company.
