      - It's a Global Company - Competitive Salaries - Good Benefit Package, similar to industry average

      - In Mexico, the Corporate Culture differs from that of the Global Headquarters which gives a feeling of working in a different company while interacting with company's global peers. - Due to the constant selling of the company´s business, operations shrink, which results in less career development and oppotunities for the personnel who remains in the company after a selling.
