      Pros

      Chemours is a very safety conscience company and despite it's age, it is willing to take risks when the opportunity arises.

      Cons

      Being a young company is as much of a hindrance as it is a gift. Mistakes are made regarding local management, site closures, and public outreach.

      Easy workload and little responsibility. Just do the little that your asked to do and you'll look amazing. "Nobody ever got fired for doing nothing"

      Cons

      Its a company run by engineers who only care about the bottom line. Don't expect safety, work/life balance or any sort of professionalism.
