Pros

Great set of people, products and processes. Chemours is a great turnaround story after spinning off from DuPont. Stock is on fire going up from $3.4 to $40+ in just about an year

Cons

Uncertainty with many changes right from top to bottom. M&A threat looms large

Pros

Most the non-exempt care about the company and performing their jobs to the best of their ability.

Cons

Management does not enforce individual accountability. Promotes a "follower" type workforce instead of empowering and encouraging. Need to listen to senior operator.

Pros

Having a job that pays very well; although, they are always taking away from the benefits. This used to be a great place to work.9

Cons

The morale on the plant site is very low. Employees and their wellbeing is no longer a priority since Chemours was established.
