Company did not giving raises this year and no bonus last year. The engineer’s/management turnover is extremely high. They put people in bad positions then layoff a hand full of people with higher salary people. Then turn around and hire another few more. Can’t believe they have not been sued for age discrimination. Chemours company was loading with DuPont’s liabilities and the Belle plant is the worst performing plant in the portfolio. This byrd will not fly for long.
