      Pros

      Salaries are good; benefits are ok. Overall, it's a decent place to work. I don't know if I'll stay long, however.

      Cons

      No raise in 2 years. Benefits were cut. Health care getting more expensive. The culture is not very friendly.

      Pros

      WV is beautiful place with nice people. Several plant location. Consolidating and focusing the business.

      Cons

      Company did not giving raises this year and no bonus last year. The engineer’s/management turnover is extremely high. They put people in bad positions then layoff a hand full of people with higher salary people. Then turn around and hire another few more. Can’t believe they have not been sued for age discrimination. Chemours company was loading with DuPont’s liabilities and the Belle plant is the worst performing plant in the portfolio. This byrd will not fly for long.

      The employee is NOT the greatest asset at Chemours. They only care about the bottom line and expect more work than is possible out of too few people.
