Pros

There are none; this is a terrible company where top-level managers are promoted based on gender and race. Incompetency is rampant and the workers pay the price.

Cons

Clueless, inept managers. Totally inadequate technical and IT support. This are the deadbeats that DuPont no longer wanted as they have no idea what they are doing in a technical or production environment. layoffs. Cutbacks, plant closings. This company won't last another two years at best.

Pros

Family atmosphere, good salary's, great safety record. The plant site is clean and people care about each other and the environment.

Cons

Not the easiest place to advance as many people are trying to and it usually depends on who is friends with whom. Hard work and dedication doesn't even get considered when it comes time to promote someone.
