Not going to make it with current executive team

Pros

Individual businesses are strong and good people to work with. Many good products and services.

Cons

Management is inept and top heavy. Workers that develop and manufacture products have to take the brunt of pee pee poor management decisions. It is not rocket science to run a business but the dupont mentalities are still alive and well and the over - complicated systems are still in place. They want to tout entrepreneurial thinking but still are making typical big business mistakes.
