      there are no pros....debt incurred from DuPont is the only focus

      Cons

      downtown Wilmington is not a great location for corporate headquarters; managers are clueless without huge DuPont money machine supporting their inept decisions; IT and HR are far from world class...since the spin off from DuPont management has spent its time cutting employees...
