Pros

Good pay and benefits. The work schedule gives time off and vacation time is good. Leadership for the spin-off from DuPont kept us informed.

Cons

Due to the spin-off from DuPont, many people that have been here for a long time are leaving. Feeling that they are lost in the spin. Cost cutting needs to be made, that is understandable, but we also need good people retained.

Pros

Very laid back work environment. Good pay and the benefits were good for me because I never had any like them before. I enjoyed doing my Job We had an awesome schedule that let us work 4 nights on, 3 off, 3days on, 1off, 3 nights on, 3 off, 4 days on, & the 7off. So, you had a week off each month. This was the best shift work schedule ever

Cons

Just like any other place bad management. Lack of tools to do the job. Same stuff all around.
