Pros

Chemours is a great company, with great pay, and benefits.

Cons

Honestly, I would have stayed with them forever! My ideas were recognized by the CEO and I felt like a valued employee. The main negative with Chemours, and why I had to leave, is because they typically only promote engineers. If you have a different background other than engineering, they don't view that as valuable or invest/promote you. While I enjoyed the company, my background in supply chain was overlooked and felt like it was not viewed as valuable because I was not from an engineering background.

Constantly overworked and under resourced

Pros

People are great, you truly work with some of the best minds in the field.

Cons

Senior leadership doesn’t listen to employees when exhaustion and work/life balance are completely out of whack. Change only comes when talent walks out the door and they are left with only the options suggested to them months prior before they lost key people and knowledge.
