Good salary for the area and home every night.

Cons

Since the spin off from Dupont. We have seen a lot of budget cuts and the Belle plant has definitely went down hill. Uncertainty about our job security is at a high.

Great exposure to leadership and great opportunities if you work for it. Don't expect people to hand you career opportunities, you need to put in your time and deliver to be rewarded.

Cons

Wilmington offices going to cubicles which has been shown to reduce productivity vs increase due to distraction.

Fair treatment is a must. Why are the same people always treated better than others? Customer Service management shows favoritism and rewards people who refuse to do what is asked of them. They also quietly promote people and do not announce them, creating a level of mistrust.
