Pros

Pays well - better than their predecessor (DuPont). There are some really smart - and passionate people working here.

Cons

The company’s not sure who is wants to be yet. Trying to cut- save their way to prosperity and unwilling to do so the hard work of transformation. Manufacturing units still using outdated technology. (But this is common in the chemicals industry). I was hired to do transformation work and just got caught up in the machine.

Pros

Pay not bad. Flex schedule very nice if allowed.

Cons

HUGE liability due to PFAS. TiO2 market is way down and not recovering.
