High performance Work System allows personnel to not only do what is required but to add to their contribution to the company working on various projects more suited to their personal experience on in development of their experience.

Cons

Staying tuned in to the needs of the plant and other personnel to stay abreast of the coming needs for overtime coverage versus scheduled trips or events which you were planning to attend.

fun place to work. Enjoy working with everyone and when you can like going to work it makes it that much eisier

Its not so much of a con as it is in my time of my life the hours are not great.
