Good team and manager. Not a fan of increasing hybrid work.

Pros

-good team -good manager -interesting projects and ability to expand within your role

Cons

-not great salary -they keep pushing for in person work when most people preferred remote and just coming in person voluntarily. Now it's *mandatory* to come in 3 days a week. -budget and cost cuts currently happening. Makes me a little nervous about stability of company

Pros

During the pandemic we got free breakfast & lunch. As much as they wanted us to work it would've been nice if that was permanent. A full week off if you actually get it Good pay if you hire on to the lab through Chemours and not Brown & Root

Cons

12 hr rotating shifts Mandatory OT More senior lab techs that are lazy & try to give all the work to the contractors
