Pros

Salary, ability to occasionally work from home.

Cons

Disorganized! Employees constantly leaving. New employees are not properly trained due to time constraints. Workload.. New responsibilities are added to the group almost weekly. Continuous product shortages caused by plant issues.

Pros

Chemical company that spun from DuPont, with a long history and excellent products. Great Company to start a career and learn.

Cons

Trying to adapt to the new market reality (No longer DuPont), therefore a lot aof changes and uncertainties for career development.
