Nothing special...okay for a job, but not the place for a career.

Pros

The benefits (Health,Dental,Vision insurance, 401k 100% vested day 1) are pretty good...but that is pretty much standard in the IT industry.

Cons

Just another "Beltway" government contractor. I never met my manager; she was a thousand miles back east in D.C....same with the project manager before her. No career advancement unless you work at HQ.
