      A Great Company With Frustrating IT Work Environment

      Cons

      The IT work environment changed, and now everyone is crammed next to each other. It is now very hard to concentrate. Business has a history of going around IT as well as ignoring advice (even from architects). Very old-school mentality around working remote or from home. Being in your seat during operational hours is the most important thing - much more so than actual performance. No room to advance if you are in a technical position unless you want to go into middle management.
