No opportunity for advancement, and the company has archaic rules to force everyone in everyday with very little wiggle room for a hybrid schedule

Great mid level leadership, good compensation, smart team. Excellent teamwork and excitement building new facility. Good PTO. Great benefits.

Cons

No WFH at all, even occasional WFH has been suspended. No WFH of you feel sick promoting people to come in with covid. Traffic bad. Very minimal room for advancement.
