HR cannot be trusted so there is no one to protect you from speaking out. Company doesn't live up to its own set values. To many changes in management structure which changes processes and goals. Corporate is detached from needs at site, stock price is all that matters, not employees. Set employees and departments up for failure due to promotions based on nationality and gender rather than experience. Male dominant and ego driven. Good ol boy mentality that starts in corporate and ends at sites.
