Exciting company digesting a lot of transition

Pros

Great people, collaborative environment, company is at cutting edge of energy markets

Cons

Corporate culture has changed radically with departure of former CEO Souki. Lots of collective experience, expertise and excellent people have departed or been let go -- clear preference for youth (cheaper). Needless level of fear and anxiety among staff during leadership transition for a company that otherwise had been executing well.
