Pros
Total compensation as good or better than any other company in Houston. Company is doing very well, year after year. Best company I've worked for.
Cons
Major company culture issues Austere, Draconian, and outdated management practices. On-site only work, no hybrid or remote options (they say something like remote "as needed" but don't live up to that). Less than inflation-rate salary increases People don't get replaced when they leave the company, penalizing remaining employees Management relies on gut feelings and magic numbers for staffing level guidance Management makes managers fight to justify current employees/positions
