Beautiful building and the IT department is innovative.
Cons
Corporate obsessed bureaucratic culture. There is no diversity in people or more importantly in thought. They think hiring a minority (that has drank the kool-aid that is white patriarchial supremacy) in one high position is enough. Anytime a minority becomes visible they are let go. The constant microaggressions by senior-level manement makes it hard for some to fit in. The only way to advance here if you are not a white male is to sell a piece of your integrity and to study fox news on the daily.
