-Management actually care about their employees as people. I went through a few hard times in the last year and have been fully supported by both my team and manager through these times. -If you speak up about wanting an opportunity to work on a specific project to develop yourself you are often granted said opportunity -Lots of ways to volunteer -INCREDIBLE benefits, extremely competitive if not the best i've ever heard of -The corporate facilities are wonderful. You are provided with an incredible space and everything needed to do your job well. -Work/life balance is important to management and reflected in happy employees!

Cons

-Male dominated (if not all) senior management -Lack of upward mobility or opportunities -A lot of idle time where you feel like you are wasting your potential if only you had more work -Seriously struggling to think of any more negatives. Cheniere is a great company to work for!
