      Pros

      Located in downtown Houston. They pay for parking for employees.

      Cons

      1. No career growth - HR has been working on this for 2 years. Vertical/horizontal growth is not possible . 2. No flexibility in work schduled. Depends on your manager and is approved under very strict circumstances. 3. No consistency in corporate standards as it varies wildly between departments. 4. Corporate culture is rife with politics and un substantiated information. 6. 0 transperancy between employees and management. Communication needs a huge overhaul. 7. Lack of accountability and trust within groups, between groups and in management is a common topic of concern among most employees. 8. Company has lost a lot of talent due to the reasons above and the HR is out of touch with this reality.

      Pros

      Cheniere is leading the way in providing natural gas to Countries that do not have access to the commodity.

      Cons

      This is a top heavy company. Upper Management does not always communicate downward. If you cross one of them, you can kiss your career goodbye.
