Pros

Great place to start a career. Good pay and benefits when you start.

Cons

Very little diversity in upper management. Very lean, inability to move up Little pay increase (just cost of living) with no prospect of moving up. HR condones retribution, does not help employees Significant turnover due to required in office work Company’s culture has changed from doing what’s right to only doing what is legally required. Employees no longer trust their management or their company.

Pros

The first-comer advantage to the LNG market

Cons

With the arrival of the new CEO, entrepreneurial spirit has been extinguished, sycophancy encouraged, and mediocrity celebrated. The management is largely authoritative, paranoid, and lacking vision or cohesive strategy.

Pros

Reasonable working hours. Highly competitive salary. Company has been expanding rapidly over the past few years. Coworkers are very friendly.

Cons

Cheniere hired at least 100 new people last year. Too many new faces. Also, another 100 employees are expected to be hired in 2016.
