      Pros

      Still has decent talent pool of smart LNG professionals. Generally better comp. and benefits than industry mean. Good culture and environment. Strong position in the market.

      Cons

      All of the above pros slipping away. Stronger backgrounds leaving and replaced by average ones. Average ones hired because strong candidates seeing better comp/benefits elsewhere. Culture and environment impacted by all of the above. Positioning in the market only strong due to first-mover, unclear where future growth comes from. Additionally, no expectation of work-from-home or flexible options going forward even though company posted record results for 2 years while in a WFH environment.
