      Great Opportunity

      Pros

      Did contract work for them and had a great experience overall. Good work/life balance, benefits were wonderful, the team in HR and any time I had to reach out to the team was helpful and cared about the needs.

      Cons

      Trial and error with hiring process for our contract meant a lot of head butting amongst the group, pay was good but not many opportunities for increase or incentives.

      I received the offer however didn't end up accepting. The salary was amazing though, I have 0-1 YOE and they were willing to put me at the Senior Analyst position with a 125K salary(but no bonuses). I'd say their pay is competitive. And a large pro that I saw

      Cons

      I think I was hesitant about the organization. I didn't get much of a feel or understanding of the structure of the company. It felt very unorganized and I wanted a sort of cohort feel. It made it feel difficult to leave and start all over again.
