      Pros

      Cherokee Federal is a government contractor with several LLCs which make up Cherokee Federal. I have learned expanded my knowledge of federal contracting which I am thankful.

      Cons

      Chaotic at times; however, government contracting is chaotic. Communiation could be better between departments.

      Pros

      Despite how this may sound, the managers truely care about the happiness and wellbeing of their staff. It has been an honor working with the people that I have had the pleasure to be around.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower side and as a contractor working for Cherokee Federal, you have an outside boss that you perform the work for. This can be hit or miss and I personally do not hold this against them.
