Cons
Cherokee hired many agencies to hire a mass of employees to not be hold accountable. No break room\lunch room, no where to place food , for parking you have to walk like 10 minutes, no accessible microwave for food , there is no reasonable accommodations for breaks , Cherokee is not respecting ting the schedule that was on offer letter . I quit a good paying job to be part of this program because I was offered full time 40 hours and Monday -Friday schedule and I’m only being schedule 3 days and if I want my 40 hours I need to work weekends . I have another weekend job and it should be a problem because I was promised mon-Friday , they promote people based on favoritism and they don’t open the positions at all .they hire a lot of people that are 18 to take care of 17 year olds . They also hired a lot of people without any experience nor education
