-health insurance is expensive and high deductible -schedule constantly changed to the point you couldn’t plan your life more than a week out -in the slow times your hours were so low it was difficult to pay bills, outside the holidays you’d be lucky to get 30 hours -it was obvious that upper management didn’t see value in our department and made it clear -SEVERE micromanaging -zero room for advancement (I saw no one get promoted in my year and a half there, all the good positions were filled with outside hires) -insane amount of nepotism -can’t even contribute to 401k until one year of service
