Pros

Learned much information about the court, I had my own office, little micromanagement, everyone was polite.

Cons

As a part time worker I did not receive benefits which is explained in both the interview an application process but it sucks. The pay could be way better being that it’s a government job which means that the workload is intense.

Pros

Coworkers and the Farmers Market

Cons

HR leadership is overbearing. There is no work/life balance with certain positions. Depending on the team you are on, you may be treated like a child and your ideas and talent will not be recognized unless you say what they want you to say and do as they say do. Leadership has a tendency to throw you under the bus when you make a mistake and on occasions may even attempt to embarrass and/or belittle you in front of others to make you look incompetent and make themselves look smart.
